Every client that has booked with me was nervous before stepping into the studio. It makes sense right? You are going somewhere new with someone you know from the internet and are going to get half naked in front of them. Just like every other day right? Once clients get in the studio and start getting their hair and makeup done, they feel right at home! So let’s get rid of the nerves and take you behind the scenes!

1. Professional Hair and Makeup

The morning of your photoshoot, I send you a good morning text with some encouragement and parking instructions. When you get here we jump right into professional hair and makeup. I typically use the same artist as she has never failed me or my clients! You can bring reference photos or you can leave it completely up to Liv! She is amazing at narrowing down what kind of look you will feel most confident in. We never want you to feel like a totally different person. 2. Outfit Selection

For some this is the most fun step! Others get nervous thinking about women’s clothing at all. Every brand fits differently and most styles are made for “perfect” body types. I am there with you every step of the way! When you book, I send you an outfit guide and a lingerie shopping guide if you want to bring your own outfits. Don’t want to buy lingerie to wear once? I also have an entire lingerie closet that goes from XS to 4XL! Outfits are washed in between clients and this gives you the opportunity to try on multiple styles to see what you feel most comfortable and confident in! We typically go through 3-4 outfits.

3. Photoshoot Time!

“But I’m awkward in photos.”

“I don’t know how to pose.”

“But I have a mom bod.”

Yup, I hear it all. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to know how to pose! I show you each and every pose before you get into it and then I have you mirror me. If anything is out of place, I just move you. I promise it’s the easiest thing ever! I teach you what to do with your face, how to arch your back, and how to point your toes to make photos…french kiss! When you are in my studio, we fake it until we make it. We pretend insecurities never existed. At the end, you will be STUNNED. Not only will your insecurities seem to have disappeared, but you will find new things about yourself to love!

4. Photos to Cherish

I can’t even explain why or how, but clients gain confidence before even seeing their images! It’s like the images are just an added bonus. So you will be feeling amazing before you even walk out of the door of your boudoir session! Then I take about a week to edit, you pick your package, and the rest is history!
